By downloading, installing, or using AI Live Photo (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

AI Live Photo is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to analyze Apple Live Photos and automatically select the best frame based on various quality factors including:

  • Face and eye detection
  • Smile recognition
  • Image sharpness analysis
  • Motion detection
  • Composition assessment

License and Usage

License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App’s systems
  • Use the App to process photos you do not own or have permission to use

User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the content of photos you process through the App
  • You must ensure you have the right to use and process any photos you analyze
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and photo library
  • You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the App

Privacy and Data

Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Availability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or that it will function without errors.

AI Analysis Accuracy

While our AI technology is designed to select the best frames from Live Photos, we cannot guarantee that the results will always meet your expectations. AI analysis is subjective and may not align with personal preferences.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.

System Requirements

  • iOS 16.0 or later
  • Compatible iPhone or iPad device
  • Access to photo library with Live Photos
  • Sufficient device storage for photo processing

Updates and Modifications

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Updates may include new features, bug fixes, or security improvements. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of any modified Terms.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We may terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
